You're about to take on a new client. Who actually runs it?
Who are the directors, and have they verified their identity with Companies House? Here's how to read both from the register.
Open the Officers tab. The identity check comes first: 8 of 8 directors, and 1 of 1 person with significant control, have an identity verification statement on the Companies House register.
Each director is listed with the date their verification was supplied. Where the register shows none yet, the page gives the date it is due, as Companies House shows it.
Below that, everyone who has served the company: 8 officers now, of 33 on record, with their roles and the dates they were appointed or resigned.
Each name links to that person's other appointments, so you can see the other companies they run.
8 of 8 directors verified, read from the register today.
