A strike-off warning, a charge, an invoice you can't find. You need an answer, not a queue.
Where do you find it, fast? Here are the three places to look, in order.
First, the guides: 66 plain-English pages on UK company rules and checks, grouped by who needs them, from accountants and lenders to procurement and recruitment teams, each one checked against its sources.
Second, the help centre, for the product itself: plans and billing, lists and alerts, the API, and your account.
Search it as you type. Here, invoice brings up where to find your invoices: every payment gets a numbered PDF invoice, on your billing page and by email.
Third, a person. The contact form asks what it's about, so your request reaches the right place, and every request gets a ticket number.
Write from your account email if it's about your account or billing, and never send a password or a card number: nobody will ever ask for one.
66 guides, 33 help articles, and a person when you need one.
