You're about to ship an order on thirty days' credit.

Will this customer still exist when the invoice is due? Here's how to spot a company on its way off the register.

At the top of the company page, the status comes straight from Companies House. This one reads active: proposal to strike off.

The figures beside it show the next deadline. Its first accounts are 30 days overdue.

Where a strike-off or an insolvency is on the record, the page offers the Creditor Pack: what has happened, the dates that matter to anyone the company owes money, and the steps to take, with the official guidance.

The Filings tab shows how it got here: its directors applied to strike the company off on 9 Sept 2026, and the first Gazette notice followed on 22 Sept 2026.

The Timeline puts every event in order, newest first, so a change of course is easy to see.

Accounts 30 days overdue, and a strike-off applied for. Ask for payment up front.
