Buy a single Company Report without a plan

You can buy the PDF Company Report for one company for a one-off payment, without a subscription. It is produced straight away and emailed to you as a download link.

What you get

The Company Report is a branded PDF for one company: its status and filing deadlines, health score, filed accounts, people with significant control, officers, charges and filing history. Every report carries a reference, so anyone you share it with can check it is genuine at our verification page. See a sample.

Pro and Team plans include reports every month. If you only need one now and then, you can buy a single report instead.

How to buy one

  1. Open the company's page and choose Buy this report. The price is shown on the button.
  2. Enter the email address the report should go to. Your name, your company and your own reference (a client or case number) are optional.
  3. Tick I'm buying for my business. Reports are sold to businesses only, including sole traders.
  4. Pay by card on Stripe's secure checkout page.

The report is produced as soon as your payment is confirmed, usually within seconds. You can download it from the page you return to, and we email you a download link.

The link in your email works for 30 days and for up to 5 downloads. Keep it private: anyone with the link can download the report. The same page lets you download your invoice.

If the link has expired or the downloads are used up, email support@companystack.co.uk with your purchase reference (it starts rp_).

Receipts and invoices

You get a receipt by email with a numbered invoice as a PDF. We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged.

Refunds

The report is produced straight away, so payments are not refunded except for billing errors. If we cannot produce your report, we try again automatically for a few hours and then refund you in full without you asking. If you pay twice for the same report, the second payment is refunded automatically. See Our refund policy.

Already on Pro or Team?

Use your plan's reports: choose Download PDF report on the company page. The single-report offer appears only once this month's reports are used up.
