Plans and prices compared
What each web app, API and Signals plan includes, what it costs, and how to choose. The web app and the API are separate products with separate plans.
CompanyStack has two products. Each has its own plan and its own subscription.
- The web app is for people who look up and monitor companies on the website.
- The API is for developers who build company data into their own software.
Using the website never uses up API requests, and API calls never affect the website. You can hold a plan on either product, or both.
All prices are in pounds sterling. We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added.

Export and report allowances reset on the first day of each month (UTC). Unused rows do not carry over.

- Free covers company search (top 10 results), name autocomplete, full company profiles by number, the newest incorporations and SIC lookups.
- Starter adds full paging, health scores, KYB checks, officers, owners (PSC), filing history, parsed financials, and search by postcode, town and industry.
- Business adds looking up 100 companies in one request, due diligence reports, competitor analysis and corporate group structures.
- Enterprise has limits set to your workload, invoiced billing and custom terms. Email support@companystack.co.uk to ask for a quote.
Limits are per account, not per key. All your keys share one allowance.
Which should I choose?
- You work in a browser and check a few companies: start on the web app Free plan.
- You need email alerts, exports, full financial history or PDF reports: Pro.
- Several colleagues need the same lists and alerts: Team. It covers up to 5 people. For more, ask us about Enterprise.
- You are writing code that calls our data: the API. Start on Free; no card is needed.
There is no free trial of the paid plans. The Free plans have no time limit, so you can try the product before you pay.
